Great Time
The game is not what anyone expected, but the overall ambiance was great, Fans were great, even to a Blues fan coming to the game. Had a good time with the people around us and the food at the stadium was great. Loved the buffalo Chicken nachos in the Helmet! Wish the Scottrade Center would do those! City was setup nicely for hanging / drinking before and after the game. Holiday Inn was directly across the street and pretty nice. Over all a Great trip.
In Scottrade we have tunnels that come out in the middle of the lower bowl and you walk up or down. Not here you walk down from the top of the lower bowl all the way to your seat. Makes it a long haul during a whistle but also makes the stadium look very nice.
Electric night!
What an exciting game. It was my daughter Hannah’s sweet 16. I gave her a choice of events and she wanted to spend it at the Wild game and man, they didn’t disappoint. Last second score in OT win, doesn’t get any better than that.
It was a great time. The only suggestion I have would be to find a new theme song after they score. There has always been a great score song but ”Shout” just doesn’t quite do it. I can’t think of a good new one to use right now but maybe ask the fans for a vote or something. Either way, we will be back many times this season.
